The challenge
Organization development can appear highly specialized or culturally bound, particularly to participants encountering the field from different professional and national backgrounds. The challenge was to make the concepts accessible without stripping them of complexity.
The work
Workshops were designed and facilitated around leadership, coaching, organization development, and change management. Concepts were explained through practical organizational questions and adapted for audiences operating across cultural, professional, and institutional boundaries.
The contribution
The workshops gave participants a usable introduction to organization-development thinking and helped them connect the field with challenges in their own organizations. The work demonstrated how OD concepts can travel across cultures when they are translated thoughtfully rather than applied mechanically.
