Meet Leslie Taylor

For more than two decades, I have helped organizations and professionals build leadership capability, design high-impact programs, and communicate ideas that shape markets.

My work draws on extensive consulting experience throughout Japan and the Asia-Pacific region, where I designed and delivered leadership and organization development initiatives for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies including JPMorgan Chase & Co., State Street Bank, AXA Asset Management, Deloitte Tohmatsu, Bristol Myers Squibb, Seimens, Red Bull and QVC.

My academic background includes graduate study in organization development and applied research that led to the development of proprietary leadership and coaching methodologies. I have taught leadership and innovation in international MBA programs and designed university-based workshops in organizational development and leadership.

In addition to more than 5,000 hours of executive and group coaching, I built the coaching practices of three consulting organizations and have advised entrepreneurs and start-up leaders as they developed new offerings and businesses.

My thought leadership activities have included designing leadership-focused speaker events for international business chambers, presenting at international coaching and organization development conferences, and developing white papers, case studies, and strategic content that help organizations communicate and scale their expertise.

Today, I help organizations and experienced professionals turn experience and expertise into scalable programs, stronger leadership capability, visible thought leadership, and measurable business results.

  • Designed and implemented innovative training and coaching programs to ensure the success of high-stakes expatriate assignments, enhancing cross-cultural effectiveness and leadership impact.

Senior Consultant – Organization Development (OD)
