The challenge
MBA students preparing for leadership roles often encounter a gap between management theory and the ambiguous, political, and context-dependent realities of organizational life. The program needed to make conceptual material useful without oversimplifying practice.
The work
Leadership, organizational behavior, and management-development content was designed and taught for an international MBA setting. The approach connected theory with applied questions, cross-cultural experience, and the situations students were likely to encounter as managers and leaders.
The contribution
The work helped create a learning environment in which management concepts could be examined critically and used as tools for judgment rather than treated as universal formulas. It also brought current organizational practice directly into the classroom.
