The challenge

A founder-led computational drug-discovery venture was developing across countries, stakeholder groups, and scientific disciplines. The business had to integrate scientific innovation, commercial priorities, investor and partner relationships, and the realities of operating across Japan and the United States.

The work

Advisory work with the founder focused on the organizational dimensions of growth: clarifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, strengthening cross-cultural communication, and considering how roles, relationships, and decision processes needed to evolve with the company.

The contribution

The engagement provided an organization-development perspective within a highly technical and rapidly changing venture. It helped connect the founder’s scientific and commercial ambitions with the human and organizational systems required to support them.
