The challenge
Red Bull’s unconventional global brand and operating model had to be translated into a market with different cultural expectations, stakeholder relationships, and ways of working. As the business grew, leaders were coordinating more complex events, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives.
The work
The engagement focused on the leadership demands created by that growth: navigating competing expectations, strengthening alignment, coordinating stakeholders, and improving execution across interconnected initiatives. The work treated complexity as an operating reality rather than as an abstract leadership concept.
The contribution
The engagement supported leaders in making sense of a rapidly evolving environment while maintaining connection to both local realities and global expectations. It strengthened the practical leadership capability needed to coordinate growth in a distinctive market.
